The purpose of this forum is to facilitate communication. Up until now, the best way to reach me was via email, but some people have requested a phone call. I'm sorry that I haven't been readily available by telephone because not everyone has a computer or high-speed Internet. I have been preoccupied with Mama's cases and can only work on them so fast because of a back injury. The day is coming where secretaries will perform customer service functions, but for now, this forum is the best we've got. Some of you may even serve as volunteer moderators.
Please keep cussing down to a minimum, but when it comes to First Franklin Financial Corporation and other mortgage companies, I can understand letting rip a few expletives. Just remember, children may be reading over your shoulders. Mine sure do. Let's set a good example of Internet etiquette.
The e-book "Turning Lemons Into Lemonade" is available for [glow=red,2,300]free[/glow] on www.anitabelle.info. Many of your questions are answered in this e-book, including:
We can use this forum for lively discussions about the e-book. I'm sure members of the Patriot, Sovereignty, and Tax Protesters Movements will want to debate about courts of law versus courts of equity.
After reading "Turning Lemons Into Lemonade", if you decide a land patent is right for you, then you can obtain the e-book "Land Patents: Scam or Revolution?". The Land Patent e-book, currently selling for $50 (price subject to increase depending on the price index for gold and silver). The Land Patent e-book is available on both www.mylandpatent.com and www.anitabelle.info. Soon, there will be a gold discount for those willing to go through the extra trouble of paying for the Land Patent e-book using electronically transferred goldgrams rather than Federal Reserve Notes.
We overcome by the power of our testimonies. Please post your testimonies about resisting foreclosure on this forum and on the blog, "Mama's House: The Soap Opera", available at tinyurl.com/dapcs4. The blog will provide updates about how my mother and I have been fighting mortgage fraud, predatory lending, and preventing her foreclosure. Technically, she has been foreclosed upon. The mortgage company has been taking us to court for an order evicting us from the house. Yes, we're still in the house that my mother, age 81, has lived in for the past 36 years. However, just when the way seems darkest, when it seems that the only thing left to do is pack your bags and leave, that in the hand you've been dealt the mortgage company must have the trump card, then a legal miracle happens. What is that legal miracle? For those who can't stand the suspense, here's a hint: Does the mortgage company have standing to foreclose? If not, is the foreclosure void?
We've lived in this house mortgage-free for the past two years. That's almost the same amount of time for which the mortgage company defraud Mama. A few more months of living mortgage-free still won't offset all that the mortgage company may owe her. A judge may even decide to cancel the mortgage. Even if that result isn't attained, setting aside the foreclosure should put the mortgage company in a mood to negotiate a settlement or loan modification.
Even if a legal miracle isn't available for you, even if you can't avail yourself of the reverse mortgage real estate investment strategies outlined in "Turning Lemons Into Lemonade", you can still use the e-book to make money. Make lemonade by becoming part of the Multi-Generational Investment Network. Make lemonade by learning our niche real estate investment techniques. Make lemonade by coming out of the darkness of financial despair into the light of a more comfortable standard of living. No, making lemonade isn't a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes work. It isn't easy. But at least making lemonade offers you hope. There's no shame in hoping and making your dreams come true.

- Are land patents a scam?
- Can land patents stop a foreclosure?
- How do I demand to see the original promissory note?
- How can I cancel a mortgage in a state that doesn't have land patents?
- Should I buy and sell with silver and gold? How?
- How can I move or upgrade into another house when I have no money and my credit is bad?
- What is the Multi-Generational Investment Network?
- When are reverse mortgages useful and when are they the antithesis of the land patent?
