The purpose of this forum is to facilitate communication. Up until now, the best way to reach me was via email, but some people have requested a phone call. I'm sorry that I haven't been readily available by telephone because not everyone has a computer or high-speed Internet. I have been preoccupied with Mama's cases and can only work on them so fast because of a back injury. The day is coming where secretaries will perform customer service functions, but for now, this forum is the best we've got. Some of you may even serve as volunteer moderators.
